Returns are exclusive for our ready to wear products only, it is free of charge for our European customers and to be paid by the customer everywhere else, you will see the option to open a return portal on your delivery confirmation email.For graphic tees, phone cases and other made on demand items: due to our products being made to order, all sales are final. We do offer replacements for misprinted or damaged items. (If stock is available).
Unfortunately, once we hand a package to the shipping company it is outside of our control, and all issues must be dealt with the company directly. Contact us if we could afford you any more details about your package at shop@favoritechildcollective.com
For made to order items you have to wait up to 5 days for it to dispatch, since the product has to be made by our printing studio. The rest of our items should ship within 1 or 2 days if there are no delays due to busy dates or holidays.
For ready to wear (fashion pieces and jewelry):
Europe: 3-10 days
US: 5-15 daysInternational: 7-25 days
For graphic tees and phone cases:(these are made to order so they will take a little longer to ship)
Europe: 15-25 days
US: 5-10 days
International: 15-30 days
All ready to wear products are shipped from our warehouse in France (meaning there are no customs to pay for European customers) , however all printed graphic t-shirts and phone cases are distributed between our printing partners in the US/Europe (Depending on stock and availability).
We follow a set of sustainable practices on our business and always strive to implement more.
No exploitative labor is supported on our practices.
Our products are either made to order or produced in very small batches to help decrease the excess amount of clothing that ends up in landfills.
All our t-shirts are made with Gildan tees, best known for its quality and it's ecological practices.Please email us if you'd like to know more information about our practices!
You will receive a tracking number once your order has dispatched, please allow 48h for it to update, if it takes longer than 7 days to update please contact us at shop@favoritechildcollective.com.
Some orders may be subject to customs or other duties, for instance when we ship from our US location to Europe, or other countries where duties may apply, these are all to be paid by the customer as we are not responsible for the payment of any extra charges imposed by any country.
