Ready-to-Wear Products
- Eligible for Returns: Returns are available exclusively for our ready-to-wear items.
- European Customers: Returns are free of charge.
- Rest of the World: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order Products
- Items like graphic tees, phone cases, and other made-on-demand pieces are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.
- Exceptions: If your item is misprinted or damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement (if stock is available).

For made to order items you have to wait up to 5 days for it to dispatch, since the product has to be made by our printing studio. The rest of our items should ship within 1 or 2 days if there are no delays due to busy dates or holidays.
For ready to wear (fashion pieces and jewelry):
- Europe: 3-10 daysUS: 5-15 days
- International: 7-25 days
For graphic tees and phone cases:(these are made to order so they will take a little longer to ship)
- Europe: 15-25 days
- US: 5-10 days
- International: 15-30 days
All ready to wear products are shipped from our warehouse in France (meaning there are no customs to pay for European customers) , however all printed graphic t-shirts and phone cases are distributed between our printing partners in the US/Europe (Depending on stock and availability).
