Brand Assistant (Part time)

Location: Barcelona, Spain Only. 

Job Description:

As a Fashion Brand Assistant at Favorite Child Collective, you will play a key role in assisting the brand's management and creative teams in a wide range of tasks. You will be responsible for contributing to the efficient operation of the brand and helping to bring our unique fashion vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Assist in the organization and management of inventory, including tracking and restocking products as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Assist in creating visually appealing displays in physical retail locations and on the brand's website.
• Help maintain the overall aesthetics and presentation of the brand's products.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and returns.
• Address customer concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Social Media and Marketing Support:
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, including posts and stories.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
• Fashion Shows and Events:
• Assist in the planning and execution of fashion shows, pop-up shops, and other brand events.
• Help with event logistics, including setup and coordination.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Provide administrative support to various teams within the brand, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Assist in maintaining organized records and documents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fashion-related role or retail environment is a plus.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of industry trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• (A plus) Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

 

 

Salary: 

(Negotiable)

Workload would range from 2-3 days set at 11euros/hour.
